Armor Medical Group is Hiring a Medical Administrative Assistant Near Hawthorne, NJ

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Medical Administrative Assistant to join our primary care practice. The Medical Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the medical office and provide support to the medical staff.

Responsibilities:
-Maintain medical records and documentation accurately and efficiently.

-Coordinate with medical staff to facilitate patient care and ensure seamless communication.

-Utilize medical terminology and knowledge of medical office procedures to assist in daily operations.

-Input and update patient information in the electronic health record (EHR) system, specifically eClinicalWorks.

-Respond to medical inquiries from patients and other healthcare professionals promptly and professionally.

-Assist in chronic care management through telehealth platforms.

Skills:

- Spanish speaking

- Proficiency in medical administrative support and a strong understanding of medical terminology.

-Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with patients and medical staff professionally and compassionately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
